The house is developed on two floors, with the second overhanging оver the first. The second floor and the additional construction are mainly perceived from the street level, while the first remains largely concealed due to the terrain features. The two floors are distinguished by the cladding materials used for them. The roof is single-sloped, sloping towards the street, without overhangs, except for the northern part, where it forms a small canopy over the main entrance to the building. The volume of the garage is designed as a natural extension of the western facade.

The volumes have openings that mainly offer visual connections to the southern parts of the property, except for the windows facing the English yard on the first floor, which is below street level. At the second level, the openings are visually unified by a change in material and architectural detail, placing them on a different plane from that of the facade.
Characteristic of the interior is the calm, moderate color palette of earth tones and ecru. It is complemented by the “black and white” contrast, namely the presence of graphite slatted furniture and paneling against white ceilings and white marble flooring. Richness and diversity in the material palette are introduced with the active presence of black marble and toned oak.
