Terrasite_housing is a residential complex located in German, Sofia.
The complex includes four three-story buildings with a total gross floor area of 1,500 square meters. Two of them are single-family houses, and the other two are semi-detached houses intended for multiple families. Each unit has a private garden and a double underground garage.
One of the challenges of the site is its steep terrain, which inspired the name of the complex—matching the name of the surrounding area.

Floor plan level 1
The material palette in the architectural volumes combines light-toned clinker bricks and plaster. The plaster treatment is designed as a cladding that is interrupted by projections. These areas feature accent glazing with aluminum composite cladding (etalbond), visually connecting the two levels of each house.

The leveled garden areas are separated by concrete retaining walls and terraced slopes with decorative landscaping. Concrete slab walkways ensure communication and connection to larger patios where outdoor furniture is placed. Each housing unit’s functional layout includes a spacious common area on the ground floor, three bedrooms, a garage, and storage rooms.
