Type: Residential interior Area: 70 m2 Year: 2024 Phase: In construction Client: Private
The apartment is located in a multifamily residential building in the Mladost neighborhood of Sofia. It was originally designed as a two-room apartment, organized around three similarly sized rooms. The new layout envisions the removal of two non-load-bearing walls, uniting the two main rooms, an intermediate corridor, and a terrace into one continuous space. The design provides functional flexibility and spaciousness, while also allowing natural light to enter from two directions, ensuring both views and natural ventilation.

All built-in furniture, flooring, and lighting across the different zones is unified under a single stylistic approach, further reinforcing a sense of connection and a smooth transition between spaces. A distinctive element of the apartment is the kitchen island combined with a dining table. The piece includes a retractable table, and within the storage units are designated areas for the owners’ pets—two cats. Integrated play zones for them are also planned within the living room furniture.
