The apartment is an example of how modern construction techniques offer flexibility in terms of interior partitions and layout. The four-room apartment, in its original version, becomes a three-room, leaving an opportunity for a more spacious main room. The result is a combination of living room with kitchen and dining room, without compromising on the quality of any of its components.

The kitchen is visually separated with different flooring and ceiling heights, bringing an accent to the room, without violating the logic of its geometry. The all-white kitchen is balanced with a wide range of details and ornaments. The living room and dining room are characterized by the active presence of natural oak on the floor, walls, and furniture.

In the bedroom and office/fitness area room we were looking for the right balance of color tone, wood, and whites. They are both characterized by contrasting colored segments and the oak flooring leaking in accent niches. All furniture elements: stands, dressing table, and the fitness equipment are bespoke elements.

The entrance hallway is divided into two zones. The portmanteau area is connected with the small bathroom standing next by and the other half with the living spaces.
