The project encompasses the interior design of two compact apartments (Apt.18 and Apt.19) with areas of 50 sq.m and 45 sq.m respectively.
The apartments are intended for rental purposes, with the main design objective being the balance between comfort and simplicity. The interior solutions are conceived to create a neutral and flexible environment, allowing future occupants to adapt the space according to their needs and preferences, and to introduce their own personal character into the interior.

Apartment 18
A defining feature of the interior is the fluid transition between flooring materials according to the function of each zone, subtly guiding movement and delineating the space. Dark wood elements, integrated into the furniture, extend through the entire length of the apartment, creating visual continuity while introducing contrast and depth.

Carefully selected color accents in earthy tones, combined with patterned porcelain tiles, shape the palette of the secondary spaces. The lighting is designed in a restrained manner, focusing on functionality and the articulation of different zones, reinforcing the overall sense of balance and calm within the interior.

Apartment 19
The palette is defined by a consistent use of earthy tones, light wood, and patterned porcelain tiles. The upholstered furniture and the pendant lighting above the bar counter serve as accent elements within the main living space.
Functional interventions aimed at achieving a clean visual expression are essential in compact living spaces. A new approach to the bedroom layout allows for the integration of a compact and efficient entrance wardrobe, which also incorporates the washing machine.
The wardrobe is designed with frosted glass, allowing natural light from the bedroom to filter through and creating a more open and welcoming entrance area.
